We ship all our products through USPS. Orders are shipped within 2-4 business days unless we are temporarily out of stock for a particular product. Shipping time and cost varies by locality and will be calculated in the checkout process after you enter your billing address. ​ Most of our products are made when you order them so please have patience on when we get them shipped out to you. If an item falls out of the 2-4 day window listed above we will notify you ASAP of those delays. ​ If we decide to take on your custom made project then we will discuss with you at that time about how long it will take to complete your order.

Yes of course we sell gift cards. What kind of monsters would we be if we did not? Do I have to spend my entire Online Gift Card at once? If your order total is less than the balance on your Online Gift Card you can use your card again on a future order. Where can I use my Online Gift Card? The certificate can only be used on our website. Don't be selfish buy some for the people you love and hate! What happens if my order total is higher than my Online Gift Card amount? You will be prompted to enter your credit card information or another Online Gift Card if the amount of your order exceeds the balance on your Online Gift Card. Does my Online Gift Card expire? Are there any fees? No they do not expire and there is no silly fees charged for using or not using it. Can I get a refund on my Online Gift Card or a purchase made with an Online Gift Card? We cannot offer refunds on the purchase of an Online Gift Card. If you return a product that was purchased with an Online Gift Card only, the amount of the return will be added back onto your Online Gift Card. Otherwise, the amount of the return will be added back onto your credit card.
